When you use BigEarnings, we collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, subscribe to our service, or contact us for support. This may include your name, email address, and payment information.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services
- Process transactions and send related information
- Send you technical notices, updates, and support messages
- Respond to your comments, questions, and requests
Data Storage
Your watchlist and portfolio preferences are stored locally in your browser. Account information is securely stored on our servers with industry-standard encryption.
Referral Program
If you use a Big Partners partner's link or code (Super Big Company's program for BigEarnings and BigTape, recorded per product), we record it to pay them.
- What we record: the partner's code and when you used it, your subscription status and paid dates, and payments, refunds and disputes; not your product activity.
- Partner sees: your first name or initial, masked email, sign-up date and whether you are active; never your full email, payment details or usage.
- Cookie:
be_referral_claim, strictly necessary, up to 30 days, holding only a referral reference and removed once your account is linked. - Why and how long: to pay partners and prevent fraud such as self-referral (legitimate interest) and keep tax and financial records (legal obligations); kept while your subscription can earn a commission, then as those records require.
- Your choices: sign up without a link or code, or email us not to credit a partner for your subscription. This does not change your price or access.
If You Are a Big Partners Partner
We collect your name, email, partner code, referral activity, commissions, payouts and program messages. Stripe holds your payout bank or card details; we keep only the provider's account reference, status and a masked description. Partner sign-in (partners.superbigcompany.com) is separate from customer accounts. We use this to run the program, pay commissions, meet tax obligations and prevent fraud (such as checking referred customers against your verified sign-in emails), keeping it while commissions can be paid or adjusted, then as financial records require.
Third-Party Services
We may share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing and partner payouts (Stripe), sign-in (Clerk), email delivery (Resend), hosting (Vercel and Fly.io) and analytics (Google Analytics). These providers are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential.
